Headaches are extremely annoying and even more painful. Not to mention they make your angry and not wanting to socialize with others. Most headaches are usually harmless and end up going away over due time on their own. However, just because they are common that doesn’t mean that you should ignore them.

When headaches happen often over a short period of time it may be happening because it is your body trying to warn you of something wrong and harmful going on with your body.

Tension Headache

Tension headaches are also known as a migraine. It is one of the more common headaches. It usually starts off with a slow dull pain and gets much worse as time progresses. Tension headaches are usually caused by muscle contractions in the head and neck. Usually, cause by staring at a computer screen for a long period of time. However, this is not always the case.

Tension Headache Concerns

If you find this happening often then this might be a warning sign of an upcoming stroke, aneurysm, brain tumor or internal bleeding in the brain. In rare but very serious cases, this could mean that your arteries and veins are not flowing properly.

Thunderclap Headache

This is an unbearable pain that seems to occur suddenly. These usually disappear after one minute. If they do not disappear after such time then it is usually a sign that there is some bleeding in the brain.

Headache After Physical Activity

If you start to get a headache after being physically active then this might be a huge sign of a brain tumor or an aneurysm. Often times other symptoms may also include slurred speech and blurred vision.

If you sustained a head injury then you might also suffer from a headache. This is a sign that you are suffering from a concussion or even brain damage. You should contact your doctor so you can be properly treated immediately.

Cluster Headache

Cluster Headaches are a headache that is focused around one eye. When this happens if your eye becomes red, then you could be suffering from a brain tumor or even an aneurysm. Other signs that might happen also include nausea and vomiting.
